| Over the past year there has been a lot going
on both in and around the website.
In March we started a whole new site design,
and as of today it has yet to be finished, but it is still being
worked on.
Being as busy as I am, I have many projects to
do, and little time to do them in. There is only so much time in
the day
May 1st, 2007 COWMissioner Justice called me
to a meeting in regards to the website, and its future. And
after much discussion, and many hours of thought, and debate, a
decision has been made as to what is going to be done with it.
And I am making it my choice to disclose to you what the
decision between COWMissioner Justice and I has been.
1) I will continue to work on getting the site
updated to the new design, only the portion I intended to get
done in the first place.
2) Syco Christine's Thoughts will be no more.
While I enjoyed writing my thoughts on everything, I have been
asked to discontinue it, and while I put up much of a fight, in
the end it was decided that because I have my own website, I can
put my thoughts up there, and I agreed.
3) The Danford Arena, has now given us access
to rooms that were previously off limits, with the understanding
that anything needed to be reported to the COWMissioner before
it was put in Print.
4) All News put on the site, must be approved
before it is put on there. (This is much to my dismay, but it
has been written into my revised contract that this must be
done, with the exception of news that will not harm perceptions
that the public already has of certain individuals.) This is
subject to change, but as of right now, that is the rule.
5) While All of the archives of all previous
articles by myself, and any other columnist at the website will
remain here, the NEW format will be completely different.
Explanation
of the NEW Format:
- There will no longer be Syco Christine's
Thoughts.
- We will still be reporting the News for
COW-Wrestling.
- There will still be the Year in Review.
- On the MAIN
NEWS PAGE we will still report all of the
latest COW News, and then that news will be moved to the
Year in Review.
- We may put up a News Page if More news is available than
there is room on the Main News Page.
-No Decisions have been made as to whether or not we
will hire anyone else for a columnist.
- I have discussed giving my personal opinion on some of the
news as it is reported, it has been dismissed, so I can only
report the news as it is.
If you have any questions Please do not put
them to COWMissioner Justice, please direct them towards me.
COWMissioner Justice and I decided on the new changes due to
demands of much of the public, and to the wishes of the
COWMissioner. However, the COWMissioner made it clear, he did
not want the site to change, but his wishes we more to see more
COW News. As mine were, and in doing so, we had to take into
consideration all of the stuff that people were demanding of the
website, and what the Russo's were demanding. As well as the
often elusive FOUNDERS of COW asked for something to be done,
and after many hours this was the decision made.
