Toss

Toss: Grab an opponent behind the head with one hand, and throw him into a target, (such as the ringside railing, through the ropes or into the turnbuckle). Not to be confused with the Head Smash, the wrestler doing that move follows through, still holding the opponent, while in a Toss the wrestler throws his opponent while remaining as motionless as possible himself.
