Atomic Throw

Atomic Throw is performed as follows:
Stand behind and slightly beside your opponent, and grab his midsection with your right arm. Hook your opponent's left leg with your left arm, and pick him up to shoulder level, so his back is parallel to the mat. Lean forward, throwing the opponent off your shoulder to the mat back first.
