| Haul E. Paymen is most certainly a vital part of COW, not only
is he a manager, but he is also their tax representative and
quasi-lawyer.
Haul E. Paymen came to COW to represent the best talent COW has to offer.
Which he has found and gotten rid of on several occasions.
Haul E. Paymen used to be the manager of Dean Malenkris, but Malenkris was
not living up to Paymen's expectations.
In July 2004 Paymen was a man on a mission, he was out looking for new
talent that he thought worthy of his representation.
Paymen may have found the talent he was looking for.
In August 22 2004, Paymen teamed with C.J. against the Sexxay FaTes in a
match to beat all matches. The match went on for quite some time, with all
competitors giving it their all. In the end C.J. and Paymen came out on top,
and won the tag team titles.
Even though they do not officially have a name for their team, they are quite
a team.
Paymen is looking now to take on the singles world. He looks to hold every
COW title, and has even considered holding them all at one time.
Look out world. Haul E. Paymen is on the loose. And if you are good enough
