FaTe was arrested on the warrant issued for his arrest a month ago. He was wanted in the questioning of the attacks on Senor Sexxay. FaTe spent a week in jail for evading police. Then was released because there apparently was no evidence proving he attacked Senor Sexxay on two of the three occasions. We were told by one person that apparently he had an alibi. Another said that he was screaming, "HABEAS CORPUS", followed by a hearing then a swift release due to unlawful detainment, like not being read his rights and detained on a technicality. No one will know what is the truth unless FaTe decides to speak, but he has been forbidden to speak by his lawyer.

Can Dean Malenkris say "Community Service"? He did a plea bargain with the opposing lawyers and they settled on giving him community service and house arrest. How much must he serve? 3000 hours. Malenkris did not say he was guilty but was rather threatened by the "damning evidence" and decided to agree to the lesser of punishments. So he will not be going to court. He has also been put on a mandatory house arrest for five months as well. Only to leave his home for work and for the grocery store. "Mr. Technical" is not happy with either, but he says it is much better than jail.

Senor Sexxay has been granted the permits for the Expansion of House of Sexxay last week, which reconstruction began late Thursday morning. Sexxay says that he will give Casa de Drunks a run for his money and that he too will remain open during reconstruction, he says that where he is expanding is at the rear of the bar, and that it in no way interferes with the rest of the business, well besides his office and the stage which has not been used yet anyways. He told us one thing for sure "there never has been and never will be any karaoke here." Sexxay will not say what the expansions are to include but says that " the public will be very impressed."

WhYno and his bar have ran into a snag in the expansion process of Casa de Drunks. Apparently the city didn't have a good enough map of where water mains were and stuff, and while digging the foundation a water main was hit and now that has to be fixed and the building re-routed. The thing is though, WhYno is not at fault. When the building plans were made they were made according to the drawings and plans at the water company. When the main was hit it caused a sink hole in the street from the overflow of water. Now WhYno is taking the water company to court. Plans are due to resume next week with the expansions.

Jaso refused to come to the party thrown for him by COW. He says he didnt want to be the butt of someone's joke and didnt show up in fact the whole shabang was a bust and everyone left within a half hour of arriving.  But we wish Jaso a happy belated birthday anyways

Want to hear something funny? Ok we have had CA DuDley dress like Santa and Baby New Year in the past couple of months. He was spotted as cupid at a local show getting ready for valentines day.  He talked to us and said that MilkMan was getting things worked out. And that hopefully soon he will be back to COW writing articles. He also said that MilkMan had not comment for us, but to say that his computer problems are worse than first thought. As in the fact that he had a virus which made his computer bite down and crash.

Well COWcoholics, with all of that lovely news, it is time to part Hasta Tortellini and Lat0r Gat0rs.
