El Vaca Azul's fate with COW has been decided, though it does
not make a whole lot of sense. Here is what happened. During the meeting El Vaca
defended himself and the actions made. After that El Vaca was excused and the committee
debated, then they took a recess, and reconvened on Friday. Here is the decision
they made with many lawyers present in the room I might add. El Vaca's contract
is no longer valid with COW. However, El Vaca was not fired, he no longer has a
contract that protects him from being fired. I do not understand why the
decision was made to void his contract, and not to fire him. But El Vaca insists
that they are afraid of him. I just do not understand it. Oh and there is one
more thing. I do not have the power to hire or fire anyone from the website
anymore either. Which completely has nothing to do with the other thing, but
basically I run the website, and that is about it. How crazy is that?! On
to more news, the bar-off was a huge success for both the bars, the tallies are
in, and well Casa de Drunks out did The House of Sexxay by quite a bit. But
Sexxay was not discouraged. He says he usually does better business every day of
the week, that WhYno just had a better weekend. WhYno doesnt believe it, but he
was so happy that he beat out Sexxay. The sponsors of the website
are quite happy with the work done on their banners, they were surprised to see
that we actually put their names on the site in something other than writing. Rico
Anderson, Chubba Rae DuDley and Bobby Zoolander all face the board this
week. Rico is contesting a suspension for an undeclared reason and DuDley and
Zoolander are there to hear whether or not they will be allowed back after they
failed their drug and alcohol tests. Justice and FaTe have been
given another drug/alcohol test. And they are both saying it is unfair that they
are being treated like criminals. Justice says that they are targeting certain
people in COW, and overlooking the ones who need the testing the most. Come
July there will be several COW contracts up for renewal. NO names will be
released, but COW has been considering whether or not to renew. Many people have
been heard saying that COW is over with. I dont agree, but they say since there
hasnt been a show in a year that there is no way they are going to pull things
together now. Also this week COW will go to court against Plessy
Ferguson and Cluck for their misrepresentation case. We will see how that one
goes. Well
folks....that is it...Stay cool! June
